Chris founded Cunningham Properties upon leaving Northeastern University in 2004, graduating magna cum laude, with a degree in Finance and Information Systems.  Expanding upon a family background in real estate, Chris is currently a licensed builder in Massachusetts and a professional property manager of both residential and light commercial properties.  His strong financial background is key in helping clients make educated decisions both in the short and long term.  At Cunningham Properties we analyze every situation as if we were the customer and as if every property was our own.  We deal with both tenants and new homeowners, as well as experienced investors, on a regular basis.  No matter what your background, our goal is to simplify your buying and selling experience, while maintaining highly efficient processes to maximize your investment.
